Week 5 Eye Dissection

The Pupil the dark part of your eye and allows light to enter the eye.

The Iris is the coloured part of the eye and controls the amount of light that goes in the eye.

The lens is a bi-convex transparent flexible disc and focus light into the retina.

The Retina is a layer at the back of your eye which are sensitive to light and receives light and then converts into an electrical pulse.

The Optic Nerve A bundle of nerve cells that connects the eye to the brain and carries the electrical impulse from the eye to the brain.
